Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a team member for warehouse duties to pull orders, verify merchandise with handheld RF scanners, and move items from the sales floor to staging areas.

The Omni Experience Ambassador will support digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club while upholding club standards. The role emphasizes fast, accurate picking, adherence to SOPs, and safety in a high-volume wholesale environment.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise orders via pick list and RF scanner.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Ensure orders are picked on time to meet productivity targets.
• Package orders according to SOPs.
• Keep SFC area clean, organized and compliant with safety standards.
