Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a team member for Omni Experience Ambassador responsibilities, including picking orders with RF scanners and moving merchandise from floor to staging areas. The role supports digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.

Qualified candidates may have prior order pulling experience and wholesale retail exposure. This position requires reliability and a strong team mindset to deliver excellent member service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list and using a handheld RF scanner.
• Moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area and ensures items are replenished as needed.
• Maintains a clean, organized SFC area and adheres to safety standards.
