Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Warehouse Associate to efficiently pull merchandise from pick lists, scan items, and move stock to staging areas for checkout and curbside fulfillment. You will support omni-channel initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club, ensuring accuracy and speed in daily operations.

Qualified candidates typically have prior order pulling and RF scanner experience and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, big-box retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list and using a handheld RF scanner to verify items.
• Communicate inventory and equipment issues and identify expired or short-dated items on the pick list.
• Coordinate with club team to replenish merchandise as needed and meet productivity requirements.
• Ensure orders are picked in a timely manner to meet SLA and performance metrics.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to standard operating procedures for Omni channel initiatives.
