Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist retail customers with product selection, pricing, refunds and exchanges
• Provide quotes and material estimates for packages like stairs and decks
• Enter orders and schedule product delivery
• Plan and pace work to meet daily and weekly goals
• Coordinate and conduct customer workshops
• Resolve simple complaints and escalate complex issues
• Assist with store housekeeping, stocking and inventory
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety meetings
