Placements24 seeks an FMCG Sales Representative to drive growth in Upington, Northern Cape. You will build relationships with retailers and distributors, execute sales strategies and enhance product visibility across the territory.

The role requires a proactive, results-driven mindset, excellent communication and strong negotiation skills. A relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous, and a company vehicle may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular market visits to assess product performance and trends.
• Ensure optimal in-store placement, merchandising and promotions.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and market analyses to management.
• Provide product information and training to client staff as needed.
• Manage sales budgets and expenses efficiently.
• Collaborate with marketing to align promotions with sales efforts.
• Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements
