Job summary

FAST Team Member at Tractor Supply Company will work in a single store, owning and executing planograms, signage, price changes, and supporting merchandise fixtures. You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service.

The role requires availability, flexibility, and a service orientation; prior retail or merchandising experience is preferred. You will perform planograms, resets, measurements, and signage updates while promoting a safe, productive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is required; farming, ranching, pet/equine or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately regardless of education level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars, price cuts and managers’ specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for team members and customers.
