Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning from start to finish the tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes, while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service.

The role requires prior retail/merchandising experience, flexibility in shifts, and the ability to read, write, and count accurately. A high school diploma is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service while in stores using the GURA framework (Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask).
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be asked to perform other duties as assigned.
