Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in one store, owning end-to-end tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will support other store duties and deliver legendary customer service while interacting with customers and teammates.

The role emphasizes reliability, adaptability, and proactive communication with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.

Qualifications

• Prior retail/merchandising experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.
• Ability to operate in a team and deliver customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute planograms, signage, and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Maintain planogram integrity and execute in a timely manner.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA guidelines.
• Interact with customers and team members to resolve issues.
