Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to operate primarily in a single store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will support merchandising, maintain signage, and assist with other duties as assigned, interacting with customers and teammates to keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Must be self-directed and have the ability to complete assignments with little to no assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements and price changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
