Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team in a store setting. You will own and execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and assist with merchandise and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

The role emphasizes reliability, flexibility, and proactive communication with supervisors, with shifts typically aligning to store needs.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
