Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team. You will own and execute start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise fixtures, ensuring excellent customer service in-store.

This role supports other tasks, including maintenance of signage and PDQs, and requires flexible shifts. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service and upholding store standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Greet, uncover needs, recommend products, and ask for the sale to drive customer service.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
