Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to operate as part of the Field Activity Support Team, handling planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly in-store. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service while maintaining planogram integrity.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute planograms, signage updates, price changes, and merchandising tasks.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures; maintain sign integrity and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers using GURA principles.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Ops on progress and issues.
• Maintain attendance and adapt to store needs; work shifts as required.
• Promote a safe, productive environment and perform other duties as assigned.
