Job summary

Tractor Supply is hiring a FAST Team Member to work in-store on a variety of finish-to-start tasks including planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates while delivering legendary service.

The role requires reliability, flexibility, and strong communication with district leadership. Prior retail or merchandising experience is preferred, and the position may involve varied shifts to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts as needed by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (e.g., Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and perform recovery as needed.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method: Greet, Understand, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
