Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, handling planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

The role requires reliability, flexibility, and a focus on customer satisfaction as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST). Shifts vary by store and may be long; fitness to perform physical tasks is needed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience is required.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Install and maintain store signage, price cuts, and managers’ specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to shoppers in-store.
• Communicate work progress and issues with District FAST Supervisor.
• Maintain regular attendance and adapt to business needs.
