Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work within a single store, owning and executing planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST).

The role requires prior retail/merchandising experience, and flexibility in shifts, with responsibilities including planograms, store layout initiatives, price changes, and ensuring signage accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
