Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a FAST Team Member to work at a single store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while supporting merchandise placement and store maintenance.

You will interact with customers and team members to provide legendary service, ensure signage accuracy, and maintain safe, efficient store operations in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Required: Retail and/or merchandising experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability preferred or required depending on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and on time.
• Update store signage, circulars, and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Maintain planogram integrity and recover work areas.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers per the FAST approach.
