Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute in-store tasks from planograms to signage updates. You will interact with customers, perform merchandise assembly, and support fixtures while upholding legendary service throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates have retail merchandising experience, good communication, and the ability to read and count. Flexible shifts may vary, with an emphasis on accuracy and timely execution of store tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: HS diploma or equivalent preferred; read/write/count capability required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project-related measurements and ensure planogram integrity.
• Complete store price changes accurately and promptly.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage such as circulars and price cuts.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet, uncover needs, recommend products, and ask for the sale.
