Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, taking ownership of planograms, signage, price changes and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers, delivering legendary service while supporting other merchandising and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities include completing planograms, maintaining signage, and executing resets, with a focus on safe, efficient store operations and teamwork alongside the FAST Supervisor and Store Ops.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Execute planograms, signage, price changes and merchandising tasks.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs and update signage as needed.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers using the GURA approach.
• Communicate progress and issues with the FAST Supervisor and Store Ops.
• Support for other duties as assigned.
