Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning and executing planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

The role supports other tasks including product merchandising and signage maintenance, interacting with customers and team members to ensure a positive shopping experience. Must be flexible, service-oriented and able to meet the demands of a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately are essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote customer service using GURA: Greet, Undercover needs, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote safety and adherence to company guidelines.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
