Job summary

The Press Club Grill in Tulsa, OK is seeking a proactive Person in Charge to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise a team, and ensure quality service during shifts. You will manage ordering, food prep, and sanitation while maintaining a busy, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work overtime, holidays and weekends as business dictates.
• Physical stamina to work 40–50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees.
• Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing supplies to minimize waste and loss.
• Assist in supervising food preparation, sales, and service of food.
• Oversee food preparation and service operations while on duty.
• Assist team members during rush periods to maintain efficiency.
• Perform daily and weekly paperwork related to store operations.
• Support preventive maintenance and upkeep of store equipment and supplies.
• Perform other related duties as required.
