Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages a staff of 3–15 employees.
• Provides on-the-job training for all employees.
• Delegates ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of supplies to minimize waste and theft.
• Supervises food preparation and service during duty periods.
• Forecasts food items and estimates quantities per shift.
• Ensures world-class customer service and clean, organized shifts.
• Routes deliveries and supervises drivers to maximize delivery speed.
• Completes opening and closing procedures and related paperwork.
• Responsible for cash drawers and shift audits.
• Performs preventive maintenance on equipment.
