Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math operations accurately.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of 3–15 employees during shifts.
• Delegate ordering, receiving, storage, and supply tasks to minimize waste and loss.
• Assist in supervision of food preparation, sales, and service.
• Oversee food preparation and service operations while on duty.
• Support team during rush periods to maintain efficiency.
• Perform daily food prep including slicing and portioning.
• Assist with daily/weekly paperwork and store maintenance.
