Job summary

The Press Club Grill in Jenks, OK is hiring a Person in Charge for shift leadership in a fast-casual setting. You will supervise a small team, manage daily operations, and ensure quality service while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, and fractions.
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, listen, and have good vision.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work 40–50 hours per week.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• The work environment is moderately noisy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees.
• Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of supplies to minimize waste and loss.
• Assist in the supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food.
• Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty.
• Assist Team Members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency.
• Complete daily food preparation including slicing, portioning, and rotation of products.
• Assist in daily and weekly paperwork.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep on equipment and supplies.
• Performs other related duties as required.
