Job summary

Paul Smith is seeking a Returns Clerk for our Lincoln Park, New Jersey Warehouse to handle all returns and exchanges. You will process in Magento, check items for damages, and liaise with UK teams to support the US growth.

Experience in warehouse roles, strong customer service, and ability to lift 30+ pounds are essential. A valid driver’s license and teamwork are required to succeed in this role.

• Warehouse/stock room experience required.
• Valid driver's license and comfortable driving in NYC.
• Able to lift 30/50+ pounds.
• Good working knowledge of computer systems.
• Experience in providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process all returns/exchanges in Magento following procedures.
• Refund via Website Admin or process exchanges as requested.
• Check returned items for damages before resale.
• Update customer service on return status.
• Provide seasonal feedback reports to ecommerce manager.
• Provide monthly warehouse stock movement reports.
• Maintain returns area and adhere to Health & Safety guidelines.
• Ensure packing supplies are ordered in time.
• Liaise with couriers to resolve shipping inquiries.
• Transport packages to/from warehouse, store, and office.
• Complete shipping and customs paperwork.
• Assist with warehouse duties as needed.
