Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all clients and act as a brand ambassador representing Paul Smith LLC.
• Keep clients up to date with Paul Smith activity and engage with the brand.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and share with clients.
• Build the store's clientele book, email/contact regularly, invite to events and notify of new products.
• Maximize sales to meet and exceed personal and store targets.
• Ensure visual presentation, store maintenance and housekeeping to standard.
• Confidently use store tablets and POS systems to process transactions.
