Paul Smith is seeking a Returns Clerk for our Lincoln Park, New Jersey Warehouse to handle all returns and exchanges. You will process in Magento, check items for damages, and liaise with UK teams to support the US growth.

This position is responsible for all customer returns that go through our New Jersey based warehouse. The role ensures that all returns are accepted, checked and packed accurately and in a timely fashion. By liaising with the UK E-Commerce and Customer Service teams, the role will support the growth of the US business.
