Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Lincoln Park, NJ is hiring a Returns/Warehouse Associate to process customer returns and exchanges, inspect items, and update Magento and stock records.

You will support US e-commerce and customer service teams, provide reports on returns and stock movement, and help maintain a safe, organized warehouse. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 30–50+ pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse or stock room.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to lift 30-50+ pounds.
• Experience with Magento or website administration preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Complete returns and exchanges in Magento and follow correct procedures, escalating issues to management.
• Process refunds via Website Admin or carry out exchanges as requested.
• Inspect returned items for damage or faults and report issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain updates to the customer service team on the status of returns and exchanges.
• Provide seasonal feedback on fit, faults, and quality and monthly stock movement reporting.
• Maintain returns area and warehouse housekeeping to meet health and safety standards.
• Order and manage warehouse packing supplies and liaise with couriers to resolve shipping inquiries.
• Transport packages to and from the warehouse, retail store, and corporate office and complete shipping and customs paperwork.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required by the line manager.
