Job summary

Morris Furniture Company, Inc. is seeking a Returns Associate to inspect, process, and document returned items in our warehouse.

You will determine disposition, process into the inventory system, and repackage items for restocking while safely handling warehouse equipment. You will collaborate with customer service and inventory control to resolve discrepancies, maintain a clean returns area, and help with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Safety conscious approach to all activities.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing/warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect returned items for damage, missing parts, and overall condition.
• Determine disposition of returns (restock, damage).
• Process items into inventory system accurately and efficiently.
• Repackage and prepare items for restocking.
