Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Designated Selling Associate (DSA) to drive sales through personalized service and product knowledge, both in-store and online. You will cultivate relationships with customers and educate peers on brand trends and style to support strong performance.

The role requires excellent communication, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, and willingness to adapt to various duties across departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals, for both in-store and digital selling with effective use of selling tools (text and social/media), and reservations.
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style, fit and the value the piece will bring to their wardrobe.
• Seek fashion and product knowledge, including attending meetings and trainings, to build your expertise.
• Grow sales by opening Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
