Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a Designated Selling Associate (DSA) to drive sales and champion brand knowledge in a fast-paced retail environment. You will service customers one-on-one, manage in-store and digital selling activities, and participate in product education and merchandising to elevate the customer experience.

The role emphasizes building relationships, delivering tailored fashion guidance, and collaborating with DSAs, Stylists, and departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals, for both in-store and digital selling with effective use of selling tools (text and social media), and reservations
• Build lasting relationships with customers
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style, fit and value of the item
• Attend meetings and trainings to build product knowledge and educate peers on trends
• Grow sales by opening Nordstrom Rewards program accounts
