Nordstrom is looking for a Designated Selling Associate (DSA) who enjoys fashion and one-on-one customer service. You will drive sales for in-store and digital channels, build lasting customer relationships, and educate peers on brand trends and product knowledge.

You will work a flexible schedule, contribute to merchandising efforts, and participate in product knowledge sessions to stay current with the Nordstrom brand.

Formación

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers.

• Ability to read sales reporting in relation to goals.

Responsabilidades

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling with effective use of selling tools.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and educate peers on brand trends and product knowledge.
• Stocking, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns and merchandise transfers to keep the department customer ready.
• Grow sales by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
• Hours and schedule will vary by week to meet business needs.
