Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Retail Implementation Specialist to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This remote, US-based role requires travel of 30%+ across the US and Canada, and hands-on leadership from discovery to go-live in fashion and apparel retail software deployments.

You will own project plans, coordinate with product and technical teams, run workshops with customers, and manage multiple active engagements as a senior IC.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail lifecycle.
• Delivery of retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Ability to drive complex projects with limited team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, risks and issue resolution across multiple projects.
• Lead workshops and delivery reviews with customers.
