Job summary

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• At least 2 years of selling or customer experience preferred.
• Strong communication with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and actively engage to understand their needs and recommend products.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and assist with merchandise setup and pricing updates.
• Assist customers at the register and with handheld devices; process transactions.
• Promote Macy's Loyalty program benefits and help customers open credit accounts where appropriate.
• Collaborate with store leaders and brand partners to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
