• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans with the team to uphold standards.
• Connect customers utilizing Polo Connect program.
• Demonstrates passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
• Provide customer service in the fitting rooms area assisting with sizing and maintaining store standards.
• Maintains store standards, policies, and processes on sales floor and BOH.
