H2ajobs is seeking a farm laborer to perform tasks such as driving tractors, feeding cattle, fencing, and basic maintenance on our farm operations. The role requires reliable, hard-working individuals who speak and understand English.

Experience of three months is required. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs are necessary. Drug testing may be required. Employer-provided housing and meals are available, with weekly transportation to stores for groceries.

Description du poste

Drive tractors, feed cattle, fence building, haul manure, maintain yards, check cattle, basic mechanic knowledge, and general farm labor. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: maintain grounds and landscaping, repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures, tend to livestock by feeding, medicating, general care, grading, sorting, working, placing identification on, or relocating. Must speak and understand English.

Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)

Meals: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities, all of which are in working order, including refrigeration, space for food preparation, cooking accessories and utensils, appliances, and dishwashing facilities so that workers may prepare their own meals. Kitchen facilities include adequate sinks with hot and cold water under pressure. Employer will provide transportation once a week to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries, when the employer is providing cooking and kitchen facilities.

Experience wanted: 3 months

Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 100 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
