Farmers Insurance - Oklahoma is seeking an Agent to lead a growing team and drive sales across auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. You will recruit, coach, and develop agents, manage operations and budgets, and collaborate with district leadership to ensure excellence while offering flexible client service across multiple lines.

Role includes virtual training, mentorship, licensing support, and potential sign-on bonuses with marketing assistance and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in insurance sales and management.
• Proven track record of sales and management success.
• Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams.
• Active or willing to obtain P&C and/or Life & Health insurance licenses.

The Opportunity

• Earn new business sale bonuses up to 360% of new business sales in your first year, with quarterly and annual incentives that continue beyond.

• Participate in a 3-week virtual training program through the award-winning University of Farmers.
