As an Agency Manager, you'll oversee business growth, recruiting, team development, and customer success across auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. The Opportunity:

• Earn new business sale bonuses up to 360% of new business sales in your first year, with quarterly and annual incentives that continue beyond.
