Sam Kwainoe Insurance Agency Inc. is seeking an Agency Manager to lead a growing team across auto, home, life, and commercial lines. You will guide sales, recruitment, and customer success while partnering with district leadership to ensure operations excellence.

This role offers mentorship, training, and licensing support, with a focus on performance-based growth and recognition programs. A background in insurance sales and management, plus licenses or willingness to obtain P&C and Life/Health,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in insurance sales and management.
• Proven track record of sales and management success.
• Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams.
• Active or willing to obtain P&C and/or Life & Health insurance licenses.

The Opportunity:

• Earn new business sale bonuses up to 360% of new business sales in your first year, with quarterly and annual incentives that continue beyond.
