Farmers Insurance - Oklahoma is seeking a motivated Agent to lead a high-performing team across auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. You will recruit, train, and develop agents while driving sales growth and ensuring customer success under district leadership.

The role includes hands-on mentorship from seasoned leaders, licensing support for you and your team, and opportunities for performance-based bonuses and recognition. Flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in insurance sales and management.
• Proven track record of sales and management success.
• Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams.
• Active or willing to obtain P&C and/or Life & Health insurance licenses.

The Opportunity

• Earn new business sale bonuses up to 360% of new business sales in your first year, with quarterly and annual incentives that continue beyond.
