You will work with HR, Accounting, Operations, Safety, and labor contractors to maintain records, verify payroll and invoices, and ensure wage-and-hour compliance. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Accounting, Business, HR, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in FLC compliance, payroll auditing, invoice reconciliation, or agricultural administration preferred.
• Working knowledge of agricultural labor compliance and contractor documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contractor files, licenses, insurance records, bonds, and compliance documentation.
• Review and verify weekly payroll packages, wage statements, payroll registers, and proof of wage payments.
• Reconcile labor invoices against approved rates, labor records, payroll support, and authorized adjustments.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, missing documentation, and invoice variances.Complete weekly compliance reviews and provide payment clearance documentation to Accounting.
• Track contractor compliance requirements, renewals, audits, training records, and payment holds.
