Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Farm Labor Contractor Compliance Coordinator to join our Central Valley team in California. This on-site role focuses on ensuring farm labor contractor compliance, payroll accuracy, and documentation control while collaborating with HR, Operations, and Accounting.

You will maintain records, review payroll packages, and manage renewals and reporting to support operational excellence and regulatory adherence.

Formación

• 2+ years of compliance experience.
• Experience reviewing payroll records, labor invoices, and compliance documentation.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business, HR, Accounting, or related field is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain FLC compliance records including contracts, licenses, registrations, insurance certificates, and bonds.
• Review weekly FLC payroll packages to verify hours worked, wage rates, overtime calculations, and payroll compliance.
• Reconcile labor invoices against approved contracts, payroll records, and supporting documentation.
• Approve invoice payment clearance only after required compliance documentation has been verified.
• Track contractor renewals, documentation expirations, and weekly compliance status reporting.
