Job summary

CFS is seeking a Farm Labor Contractor Compliance Coordinator in Visalia, CA for a full-time, year-round role focused on contractor compliance, payroll auditing, and financial controls. You will interact with HR, Accounting, Operations, Safety, and labor contractors to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting/HR coursework preferred.
• 2+ years in FLC compliance, payroll auditing, or agricultural administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contractor files, licenses, insurance records, bonds, and compliance documentation.
• Review and verify weekly payroll packages, wage statements, payroll registers, and proof of wage payments.
• Reconcile labor invoices against approved rates, labor records, payroll support, and authorized adjustments.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, missing documentation, and invoice variances.
• Complete weekly compliance reviews and provide payment clearance documentation to Accounting.
