CFS in the Central Valley is seeking a Farm Labor Contractor Compliance Coordinator to oversee contract, license, and bond compliance, ensuring accurate payroll processing and regulatory adherence across our growing farming operations.

This role collaborates with HR, Operations, and Accounting, supports renewals, and reports weekly on compliance status while coordinating with field contractors. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates with 2+ years of compliance experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of compliance experience.
• Experience reviewing payroll records, labor invoices, and compliance documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in Business/HR/Accounting is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Maintain FLC compliance records including contracts, licenses, registrations, insurance certificates, and bonds.
• Review weekly FLC payroll packages to verify hours worked, wage rates, overtime calculations, and payroll compliance.
• Reconcile labor invoices against approved contracts, payroll records, and supporting documentation.
• Approve invoice payment clearance only after required compliance documentation has been verified.
• Track contractor renewals, documentation expirations, and weekly compliance status reporting.
