Job summary

NEW EXCELSIOR FARMING LLC and Warmerdam Packing, LLC seek a Farm Labor Contractor Compliance Coordinator to manage the day-to-day FLC compliance review process, maintain contractor documentation, verify payroll compliance, and reconcile labor invoices.

Reporting to the HR Manager, this non-supervisory role coordinates with Accounting, Operations, and Safety to ensure timely payments and resolved discrepancies, with bilingual Spanish and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in FLC compliance, payroll auditing, invoice reconciliation, or related agricultural administration.
• Working knowledge of agricultural labor requirements, FLC documentation, and payroll compliance review.
• Proficient in English; bilingual Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting, business, HR, or related field preferred.
• Professional communication and ability to request corrections and follow through with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete FLC files, including contracts, licenses, registrations, insurance, bonds, and documentation.
• Verify contractor license and registration status and track renewals.
• Collect and review weekly payroll packages, including rosters and wage statements.
• Reconcile workers, hours, and labor records; investigate discrepancies.
• Escalate payroll or documentation issues to HR Manager; coordinate with Accounting on payments.
• Complete weekly compliance checklists for each FLC and payroll period.
