Job summary

Warmerdam Packing, LP in Hanford, CA seeks a Farm Labor Contractor Compliance Coordinator to manage the day-to-day FLC compliance review process. You will verify licenses, collect payroll evidence, reconcile invoices, and ensure compliance before payments. This is a nonsupervisory, full-time role reporting to the HR Manager.

You will collaborate with Accounting, HR, operations and Safety to maintain audit-ready records and timely reporting. Bilingual Spanish and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and strong English communication are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting/HR coursework is a plus.
• Two years of experience in FLC compliance or payroll auditing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain FLC files, licenses, registrations, insurance, bonds and company documents.
• Verify contractor licenses and registrations before services begin and periodically thereafter.
• Collect and review weekly payroll packages, rosters, time records and wage statements.
• Reconcile workers, hours, piece-rate units and locations against labor records; investigate discrepancies.
• Review payroll evidence for wage rates, overtime, deductions and timely payment.
• Reconcile weekly invoices to contracts, payroll support and adjustments; identify errors.
• Coordinate with FLC reps and operations to obtain missing documents and verify corrections.
• Provide Accounting with reconciled invoices and clearance after all evidence is verified.
