Latham Hi-Tech Seeds is looking for a Direct Sales Representative to work closely with farmers in the Franklin, Wright, and Hamilton counties of Iowa. This position focuses on direct-to-farmer sales, offering personalized customer service and agronomic support.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field, coupled with the drive to engage local farmers and promote Latham’s seed products. This role emphasizes relationship building and understanding of local agricultural practices.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of corn and soybean production practices.
• Experience in agricultural sales is a plus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with farmers through on-farm visits.
• Promote and sell Latham-brand seeds to area farmers.
• Provide agronomic support before, during, and after the sale.
• Meet or exceed sales and growth goals for the territory.
