Job summary

North Dakota Ag Connection seeks a Customer Account Manager to grow the sales territory, retain customers and strengthen relationships across parts, service and finance. You will identify opportunities, manage accounts from sales to after-sales support, and travel for farm shows and demonstrations.

The role requires a 4-year degree in agriculture or related field, with 2+ years in large equipment sales or marketing and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• 4 year College Degree in Agriculture or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in large machinery sales or marketing with agricultural equipment.
• Solid knowledge of farming business economics and farmer decision making.
• Experience using CRM tools to document touch points and build pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new accounts, retain customers and grow revenue.
• Liaise with parts, service and finance to support accounts within territory.
• Promote products and manage relationships for both new and used equipment.
• Outbound calling to find opportunities and initiate sales campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience.
• Travel as needed for field demonstrations and marketing activities.
