Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Familiarity with John Deere or competitive equipment, plus understanding of technology and agronomic trends.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work seasonal hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture key customer accounts to deliver exceptional experiences and solutions.
• Proactively identify sales opportunities and address customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Achieve established sales metrics for volume, margin, and customer engagement across assigned accounts.
• Guide customers in developing agronomic, operational, and financial goals through strategic consultation.
• Maintain accurate customer account information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with dealership personnel (IS, Parts, Service) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Represent the dealership and all departments with professionalism and expertise.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, financing, and risk management options.
