Job summary

AEG Worldwide in New York seeks a Ticket Operations & Marketing Coordinator to drive revenue and fan experience. You will organize the events calendar, support theme nights, and assist with ticketing logistics across sales platforms.

The role demands strong customer service, multitasking, and teamwork in a fast-paced sports/entertainment environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.
• 2-4 years of related work experience.
• Customer service experience in sports/entertainment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute theme nights from concept to in-game delivery with logistics and activations.
• Primary contact for suite bookings, food vouchers, and ticket delivery coordination.
• Create ticket pack links, fulfill orders, and collaborate with Marketing on items.
• Assist CRM data management for season and single-seat ticket holders.
• Research community events to drive brand recognition and ticket sales; support logistics.
• Support additional initiatives like season-ticket holder events and collateral.
