Hockey Western New York, LLC is seeking a Ticket Sales & Service Coordinator to ensure smooth delivery of fan experiences, manage campaigns, and support leadership with strategic initiatives across Membership Sales and Services, Premium Seating, and Group Sales. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1–2 years in sales/events/admin, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected as you coordinate logistics and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, events, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for fan experiences tied to ticket sales packages.
• Plan and execute targeted prospect and member events.
• Act as liaison between ticketing staff, arena operations, and game presentation.
• Provide on-site support on game days for a seamless experience.
• Support sales staff with CRM lead generation, data tracking, and reporting.
• Draft, format, and proofread presentations and communications.
• Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and support special projects.
• Maintains confidentiality and assists the Chief Commercial Officer and VP.
